Our advanced coating and slitting lines ensure consistently high product quality and flexible manufacturing. With multiple cutting lines, we can produce tapes in any format and size to meet customer needs. We specialize in self-adhesive tape using both water-based and hot-melt technologies. Hot-melt coating uses adhesives made from extruded synthetic rubbers, hydrocarbon resins, and additives. This process produces tape that is easy to unwind, has high tack, and excellent adhesive properties. Water-based coating uses cold-applied acrylic adhesives without aqueous emulsion solvents. This results in tape that unwinds quietly, is durable, non-toxic, and resistant to UV rays.
